Why are some Apple products missing from the Buyer's Guide?

Advice in the Buyer's Guide is limited to Apple's primary product line, and to available or recently available products.

In the past, the Buyer's Guide was limited to advice about purchase timing based on past release intervals, so products were not included in the Buyer's Guide until they had built up a product release history, but the Buyer's Guide now includes general information, purchase timing advice, and complete roundups put together by our staff.
