Why hasn't my temporary suspension ended?

Why didn't my temporary forum suspension end at the time I expected?

If your suspension began at a certain time of day, then you are eligible for the suspension to end after a certain number of days, and after that same time of day. However, it won't end instantly at that time of day.

An automated script runs at least a few times each day, checking for any temporary suspensions that are have reached their allotted time, and ending those suspensions.

The script doesn't run continuously. Instead, suspensions end when the script runs the next time.

What should I do?

The key is to be patient. It may take an hour, sometimes less, sometimes more, before the temporary suspension ends and you can again post in the forums.

While you are waiting, make sure you understand the reason for the suspension so you can avoid having it happen again.
